2 and 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Shortening
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 Cup Buttermilk
2 Large Eggs

This made 18 servings of coffee cake. We used a 9 by 13 Teflon pan.

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project.
